As of March 11, 2026, project was awarded to McNamara Contracting, Inc, awarded amount is $2,642,796.10 Reconstruction of Post Road at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. The work includes mobilization, maintenance of traffic and traffic control, removals, traffic signage, roadway reclamation, excavation, erosion and sedimentation control, aggregate base, plant mixed asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter, concrete walk, portable precast concrete barrier, storm sewer, watermain, temporary lighting, modifications to existing light poles, and pavement markings. Bids shall be submitted electronically. Bidders must comply with affirmative action plan requirements and submit evidence of compliance within one business day following bid opening. The project has a 19% Small Business utilization goal. Bidders are required to make good faith efforts toward this goal and provide necessary information if they wish to remain in competition.
