Question Deadline 03/26/2026 at 11:00 AM CT Any questions relating to the solicitation after the closing of the pre- quotation conference/site visit shall be sent to Johnathan Burns, Contracting Officer, via email at J1burns@bop.gov Replacement of the existing condensate tank system at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago, including furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to remove and replace two raised horizontal atmospheric condensate receiver tanks, three condensate pumps, and all associated pipework. One existing tank is currently offline due to an unrepairable leak, and both tanks and related system components require full replacement. All work must be performed during non-winter months when steam demand is reduced, and all requirements will be completed in accordance with the specifications provided in the solicitation attachments. Location: Metropolitan Correctional Center Chicago, 71 W Van Buren Street, Chicago, IL 60605, USA. the estimated magnitude of the project lies between $100,000 and $250,000. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
