The City of Marianna invites qualified individuals or firms to submit proposals for Grant Administration and/or Statements of Qualifications for Engineering Services for a Community Development Block Grant funded through the Florida Department of Commerce. Five copies of sealed proposals must be submitted. Submittal envelopes for Grant Administration must be sealed and marked with the RFP number, 'Grant Administration,' due date, and name of respondent. Submittal envelopes for Engineering Services must be sealed and marked with the RFQ number, 'Engineering Services,' due date, and name of respondent. If more than one envelope is needed, mark envelopes accordingly. Small business and minority businesses, women's business enterprises, veteran owned businesses, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit proposals, and firms using such subcontractors are strongly encouraged to solicit such firms in the subcontracting process. Any contracts or subcontracts issued must comply with necessary affirmative steps to assure that minority businesses, women's business enterprises, veteran owned businesses, and labor surplus area firms are used, in accordance with 2 CFR 200.321.
