Site work for a water / sewer project in Orange City, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Orange City is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors to all labor, material, equipment, supervision and incidentals necessary to remove the remaining generator including the fuel tank, furnish and install a new Cummins 60-kW diesel generator, and perform any electrical and mechanical connections to bring the generator back into operation inclusive of telemetry, power, and ATS connectivity at 1251 Southside Drive, Orange City, Florida 32763. Contractors must refer to the associated ITB attachments titled "Attachment "A" - Cummins Generator Specifications" and "Attachment "B" - Orange City Generator Checklist". It is the Contractor's responsibility to ensure that all documents have been obtained and reviewed prior to submitting a bid. This project shall reach substantial completion in 30 calendar days, and another 30 calendar days to final completion, for a total contract time of 60 calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed, unless otherwise amended by written change order issued by the City. The City will impose liquidated damages at $1,000.00 for each calendar day of delay until substantial completion is met. Note: All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Orange City Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
