Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Contractor to furnish necessary materials, labor, tools and equipment for the construction of Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 493 Lift Station No. 1 including but not limited to reinforced concrete wet well, wet well lining, valve vault, submersible pumps, all piping, valves and fittings, site work including but not limited to drainage, paving, and brick fence; generator, automatic transfer switch, electrical, controls and appurtenances. All work shall be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications, Complete in Place. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 02/20/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
