**As of March 13, 2026, the project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** The work includes grading and drainage, construction of a 30'x80' pavilion, parking, installation of split rail fencing, mulch trail, a natural play area with play structure, site benches and trash cans, and wayfinding signage. Bidders must submit sealed bids, marked appropriately with Bid Number, Name of Bidder, date and time of opening, and Contractor's License Number. Failure to display Contractor's License Number may result in the bid being returned. Bids must be entered on a Unit Price Basis, with an overall price based on unit prices for estimated quantities as described in the project manual, design plans, and bid form. One complete set of drawings and specifications will be provided in electronic format. No partial sets will be issued. Prospective bidders must register with the City of Stone Mountain for notification of any addendum releases. Questions should be emailed to Larry Genn at LBGM Associates, Inc., and responses will be issued via addendum. Bids from corporations not chartered in Georgia must include certification of authorization to do business in the state. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid and insurance coverage as required. The bonding company must be licensed and authorized to do business in Georgia, listed in the Department of the Treasury's Publication of Companies Holding Certificates of Authority, and have an A.M. Best rating of A-, Class V or higher.
