K’ómoks First Nation (KFN) invites tenders for “KFN Subdivision Servicing”. The work will include the following: Construction of a 15 lot subdivision on Sahtloot Crescent North on KFN’s IR#1. Subdivision servicing works will generally include: Installation of approximately 200 m of 200 mm sewer main, 250 mm storm main, and 200mm watermain within the proposed subdivision boundaries Construction of 8.5m wide asphalt road continuation of Sahtloot Crescent North Replacement of approximately 80m of 150mm watermain with 200mm watermain on Sahtloot Crescent North, outside the proposed subdivision boundary Installation of approximately 575m of 250mm watermain and 280m of 200mm watermain on Back Road adjacent to existing 150mm AC watermain, including service and hydrant connections
