Renovation of an educational facility in Rocky Top, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Reference Number 0000412117 Fire Alarm Replacement at Clinton High School. The County is also issuing a bid for fire alarm replacement at Lake City Elementary. The successful bidder will be required to execute a performance bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum and a payment bond covering and including labor and materials in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond shall be on AIA Form A311. Each bidder and each person signing on behalf of any bidder certifies, and in the case of a joint bid each party thereto certifies as to its own organization, under penalty of perjury, that to the best of its knowledge and belief that each bidder is not a person included within or on the list created pursuant to TCA 12-12- 106. No bidder will be permitted to withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date of opening of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein. *The Owner reserves the right to waive any information in or to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed favorable to the interest of the Owner.
