There will be a MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE on February 24, 2026, at 10:00am CST, to be held at Quentin Mease Health Center, 3601 McGregor Way, Houston, TX 77004. Vendors shall assemble in the main entrance lobby at Quentin Mease Health Center. A MANDATORY SITE VISIT for vendors to inspect the work location will immediately follow. Attendance is mandatory and all vendors intending to submit a proposal must attend to discuss the requirements of this CSP and hear the answer to questions. The pre-proposal conference and site-visit will not be rescheduled due to tardiness or any other issues that may arise; no exceptions.
