Site work and new construction of a conference / convention center in Ahoskie, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,794-square-foot, one-story above grade conference / convention center.
Sealed proposals will be received for the construction of the New Fine Arts Center at Roanoke Chowan Community College. Complete plans and specifications are available free of charge for a digital download or for a refundable deposit for hard copies. Either format can be obtained from Oakley Collier Architects during normal office hours. An open pre-bid meeting will be held to address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures, and bid forms. The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. The Project includes the construction of a new Classroom building. The construction consists of a 6,794-square-foot single-story building, including site development, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. The building includes classrooms, office space, support, and storage spaces. Construction includes structural steel, slab on grade, brick veneer, fiber cement rainscreen system, single-ply roof system, and steel stud interior walls and interior finishes.
