Sealed proposals are to be received for the "82nd Street Recreation Complex - Resurfacing of the Pickleball Courts" for the Borough of Stone Harbor, Cape May County, New Jersey. Bidders can inspect the bid documents and drawings at the office of the project engineer and may obtain copies for a non-refundable fee. Proposals must be made on standard forms provided, enclosed in sealed envelopes, and accompanied by a Consent of Surety and a bid security of at least ten percent of the bid (not exceeding $20,000). The successful bidder is required to provide a performance bond for the full contract amount. Compliance with various statutory requirements is mandatory, including Affirmative Action, prevailing wage, ADA, business registration, and others. The contract award is subject to the availability of funds and the Borough reserves the right to consider bids for sixty days, to reject any or all bids, or to waive informalities as deemed in the Borough's best interest.
