Description

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Tofte, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Tofte Township is accepting sealed bids for a roof replacement for the Birch Grove Community Center. Specifications include: • Labor & materials to install a new roof of approximately 17,500 square feet • Removal of existing roof system down to the insulation on main roof • Mechanically fastened ½” Iso HD coverboard • Fully adhered 60 mil EPDM roofmembrane with necessary flashing to create watertight finish • Fabricate & install perimeter edgemetal flashing out of 24-gaugeprefinished metal • Remove existing gymnasiumroof down to wood deck & inspect/replace any bad decking.If necessary, new tapered systemto be installed after decking is replaced. • Remove & dispose of debris fromproject • 20-year 72mph warranty • Obtain/provide all necessary permits and meet or exceed OSHAstandards during project duration Submissions will be reviewed bythe Board of Supervisors duringtheir March meeting. Any inquiries related to the specifications ofthe project may be submitted viaemail to toftemn@boreal.org. The Tofte Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
