**As of February 25, 2026, the project was awarded to Superior Technologies, with an awarded amount of $589,988.67** The project includes water line construction at five locations throughout the Parksville Water District territory, consisting of installation of 3", 4", and 6" PVC water main, HDPE creek crossings, road bores, a master meter vault, valves, and other necessary items as shown on the drawings and specifications. Bids are requested for Contract 1 of the 2021 System Improvement 4337.00. Instructions to bidders, including submission requirements, qualifications, procedures, and contract award information, are contained in the bidding documents. Only full sets of bidding documents are available for purchase from the issuing office, Lynn Imaging, and neither the owner nor engineer takes responsibility for documents obtained elsewhere. The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements, and all materials must be produced in the United States unless covered by an approved waiver.
