Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to install a prefabricated press box at the Glen A. Wilson High School stadium. Work includes demolition and disposal of current box, placement of the new prefabricated structure; installation of all required structural components, supports, anchorage, and connections; and coordination with the manufacturer's specifications and approved drawings. The scope also includes complete electrical connections, lighting, power, data/communication rough-ins as required, and integration with existing utilities. All work shall comply with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and school district standards. Final scope includes testing, inspections, and turnover of a fully functional, code-compliant press box ready for use. Bidders must submit sealed bids using the form provided. The bidder must possess an active and in-good-standing State of California Contractor License (B). Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, cash, or a cashier's or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price. The successful bidder is required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond. The successful bidder and its subcontractors must pay all workers at not less than the prevailing wage rates and comply with all registration and qualification requirements. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference/job-walk is required. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder based on the base bid.
