Littles-Martin House - Phase 2 The work consists of the following: providing and installing three new exit signs at exterior doors; replacing the existing concrete ramp with an accessible concrete ramp including repairs to adjacent exterior paving; and replacing two existing porch structures, decking, railing, columns, stairs, and pony walls. Details, specifications, and requirements are outlined in the contract documents, plans, and specifications. The contractor is also responsible for establishing and maintaining a complete Quality Management Program as per the Plans and Specifications, and for providing supervision to ensure compliance with contract requirements. The project site is located at 1519 North Chaparral Street, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401, as described in the specifications. Regular working hours are between sun-up and sun-down unless authorized otherwise in writing by the City. Refer to contract documents, plans, and specifications for additional information. All bids must consist of a completed bid form with a per-unit cost for each construction line item associated with Littles-Martin House Phase 2, a completed Statement of Experience, Disclosure of Interest Form, Business Designation Form, Ethical Behavior Form, and Bid Security. All forms must be completed and signed, with changes initialed by the signer. In case of a discrepancy between unit price and total price, the unit price will govern. Only one bid per firm/company is allowed; if both electronic and sealed envelope bids are received, the sealed envelope bid will be rejected.
