Reference number: 20121413 The Premieres-Seigneuries School Services Centre wishes to retain the services of a contractor for masonry repair work at Cap-Soleil 1 School, located at 5256 Avenue des Sauges, Quebec City, Quebec, G1G 3V7. Please refer to the Regie document for the date of the site visit, which is not mandatory. Summary description of the work, without limitation: Repair of brick walls and stone spandrels. Spot repairs and application of roughcast to foundations. Replacement of a concrete porch, metal railing and doors at entrances numbered 4 and 5. The contractor must hold a 1.3 licence and must ensure that waterproofing work is carried out by a contractor with the necessary licences. Delivery schedule The work must be carried out during the summer period from 25 June 2026 to 21 August 2026 (provisional acceptance of the work). The week of 24 to 28 August 2026 will be devoted to correcting any deficiencies on the site.
