The scope of work for the contactor/sub-contractor to include dimensioned elevations for the acoustic paneling and soft goods. The estimated square footage is as follows: Back Walls: 800 sq.ft. per level (Orchestra, 1st balcony, 2nd balcony) for a total of 2,400 sq. ft Orchestra level vestibules: 800 sq. ft. total Lapendaries: These to span roughly 90 ft.; above each of the six catwalks. Assume 3' festoons on 12' centers. Upper Side Walls: 3,200 sq.ft. on each wall for a total of 6,400 sq.ft. Discrepancies between drawings and specifications or other errors or omissions should be brought to the Consultant's attention a minimum of 5 days prior to bid date.
