Secured electronic bids are requested for Public Works Project No. ENG2615225042, South Maintenance UPC, DNR, Division of Reclamation, Various Counties, IN. Bids must be submitted by contractors holding a current Certificate of Qualification. Bids shall be taken from Prime Contractors pre-qualified by the Public Works Certification Board in the classification: 1799.04 (Mine Reclamation). Minority contractors are encouraged to submit bids as prime contractors or through a prime contractor. There is a project goal of 7% MBE, 5% WBE, and 3% IVOSB. The specified construction period is 365 days. The State of Indiana reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders must hold a current Certificate of Qualification and be pre-qualified by the Public Works Certification Board in classification 1799.04 (Mine Reclamation).
