Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cupertino, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Installation of new electric vehicle charging stations at the Cupertino Service Center including, but not limited to, chargers, underground electrical conduits and wires, transformers, panelboards, main switchboard, pull boxes, concrete pads, and concrete bollards. Bidders must submit sealed bids via electronic submission by the specified deadline. The work must be fully completed within 180 calendar days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. Question Deadline 02/26/2026 Questions or requests for clarifications regarding the Project, the bid procedures, or any of the Contract Documents must be submitted in writing to Jimmy Tan, P.E., Assistant Director of Public Works, at jimmyt@cupertino.gov Instructions to bidders include: - Bidders must hold a valid California contractor's license (Class A or C-10). - Proof of registration with the California Department of Industrial Relations is required. - Bid security of ten percent of the maximum bid amount must accompany the bid. - Compliance with prevailing wage requirements is mandatory. - Performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract price will be required. - Each subcontractor must be registered with the DIR and listed in the bid proposal. - All bidders are advised to review the instructions to bidders and contract documents for full requirements.
