Renovation of an educational facility in Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Sealed bids will be received electronically via MAGIC or physically delivered to the University of Southern Mississippi, Gulf Park Campus, Physical Plant Building, 730 East Beach Boulevard, Long Beach, MS 39560 until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2026, for Project # SSC2503 Building 1022 AHU Replacement for the University of Southern Mississippi at Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. Contract Documents may be obtained from Dewberry Engineers Inc., 1900 Lakeland Drive, Jackson, MS 39216, Phone: (769) 867-8632. A deposit of $100.00 is required. Bid preparation must be in accordance with instructions to Bidders bound in the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Telephones and desks will not be available for bidders at the bid site. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. in Building 1020, Stennis Space Center, Stennis Space Center, MS 39529. All attendees will require clearance from Stennis Space Center Security prior to arriving on campus.
