The Rio Grande Trail Phase 2 Project consists of demolition, grading, site work, concrete paving, and miscellaneous construction as needed. Bidders must possess an appropriate and current contracting license at the time of the bid opening as regulated by the Construction Industries Division. Preferences are eligible for Resident Business/Contractor, Native American Resident Business/Contractor, Resident Veterans Business/Contractor, and Native American Veteran Business/Contractor. Each proposal must be submitted in accordance with the requirements defined within the contract documents and project manual. The City of Sunland Park reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal. Question Deadline 03/02/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
