Sealed Bids are requested for the construction of a new Groundwater Supply Well for the Vista Redonda Mutual Domestic Water Consumers Association. The project generally consists of equipping a new Groundwater Supply Well. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract and shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. Bidding Documents can be examined and obtained from Albuquerque Reprographics, with printed copies available upon payment of a non-refundable reproduction fee. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Question Deadline 02/11/2026 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
