Site work for a water / sewer project in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work required for the construction of Water Well No. 2 Rehabilitation for Fry Road Municipal Utility District. This includes pulling the vertical turbine pump bowl assembly and column assembly, performing a video survey of the well, inspecting the well pump and motor, furnishing an inspection report, completing any necessary mechanical and/or chemical rehabilitation of the well, well disinfection, bacteriological sampling and well production test, together with all related subsidiary and incidental components for a complete and operational system. The scope also includes lowering the pump 60 feet. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes using the provided form, and all blanks must be filled in. The envelope shall be clearly marked with the project and bidder information. Each proposal must be accompanied by a 5% Bidder's Bond or Cashier's Check in the amount of $15,000.00 as a guarantee. Bids not accompanied by the required bond or check will not be considered. Prospective bidders may download documents from www.civcastusa.com or obtain them from the office of Sander Engineering Corporation for a fee. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received.
