Renovation of a mixed-use development in Flower Mound, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.
Competitive sealed proposals are requested for renovations at Hilltop Elementary and the existing Argyle Middle School for the Argyle Independent School District. Proposals must be received at the specified location by the deadline. Proposals received after the deadline by hand delivery or mail will be returned unopened. A pre-proposal conference and site tour will be held at the existing Argyle Middle School; attendance is encouraged but not mandatory. No proposer may withdraw a proposal within forty-five days after the date of opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals. Electronic documents, including instructions to proposers, proposal forms, specifications, and drawings, may be obtained by contacting Jennifer Beam with Pfluger Architects.
