The work consists of exterior concrete improvements at Rising Star Elementary School, 8600 Candlelight Lane, Lenexa, Kansas 66215. Bids are to be submitted for a general contract covering all trades. Bidders must comply with the Instructions to Bidders and Supplementary Instructions to Bidders. Only prequalified bidders may submit bids, which must be fully executed, signed, and sealed in envelopes as described. Sealed bids will be accepted until the specified bid time and date and location. Bids received after the deadline will be returned unopened. A prebid conference will be held at the designated time and place, and prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
