Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hartford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Trinity Financial, Inc. was selected by the Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (HACH) in October 2025 to serve as Co-Developer of the MSP Redevelopment. The overall MSP redevelopment contemplates the demolition of existing improvements and construction of approximately 159 multifamily rental units in 23 residential buildings, together with a community building, new streets, open space, parking, utilities and associated site improvements. The MSP redevelopment is planned as two principal construction phases: the 81-unit (MSP Phase 1) on the northern portion of the Site and the 78-unit (MSP Phase 2) on the southern portion of the Site. MSP Phase 1 Scope of Work MSP Phase 1 generally includes: 2.2.1 Hazardous-material abatement and demolition of the existing community building and five existing residential buildings identified in the Bidding Documents; 2.2.2 Environmental remediation and soil management within the MSP Phase 1 work area; 2.2.3 Construction of eleven three-story, wood-framed residential buildings containing a total of 81 rental units, consisting of (6) one-bedroom, (55) two-bedroom and (20) three-bedroom units; 2.2.4 Construction of an approximately 3,400-square-foot freestanding community building; 2.2.5 Construction of associated site improvements, including grading, landscaping, surface parking, pedestrian improvements, utilities, stormwater facilities, new Street C and new Street D and the portions of new Street A and new Street B included in the Bidding Documents. Streets A, B, C and D will be built on private land, but are intended for conveyance to the City once completed and accepted by the City; 2.2.6 Public-way and off-site improvements specified in the Bidding Documents, including required coordination with the City of Hartford, the Metropolitan District Commission, Eversource and applicable telecommunications and utility providers; 2.2.7 Coordination and installation of fire alarm, data, communications, security, accesscontrol and other low-voltage systems included in the Bidding Documents; 2.2.8 Temporary grading, access, protection, utility continuity and other measures required to maintain safe operation of the occupied portions of the MSP Redevelopment outside the MSP Phase 1 work area; and 2.2.9 All other labor, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, testing, permits, services and incidental work required by the Bidding Documents for a complete and operational Project.
