Reference Number 0000412125 Question Deadline 02/20/2026 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes Purchase Type Term: 04/06/2026 10:00 AM EDT - 04/05/2027 07:00 AM EDT To provide professional design services and construction administration for a replacement gymnasium facility to be located at Eldorado High School, as outlined in Phases 0, 1A, 1B, and 1C of the Site Master Plan dated 2019. The project includes exterior site and utility improvements to prepare for and associated with the new construction. In addition to the new gymnasium, separate ballfield concessions and restrooms are part of the design and new construction. Demolition of the old gymnasium is included in the scope upon completion of new construction. The new gymnasium is projected to be about 114,645 gross square feet. Preliminary space requirements are based on APS FD+C Design Standards and will be confirmed during the programming/early design phases. Spaces include (but are not limited to) main and auxiliary gyms, mezzanines, lobby, classrooms, multi-purpose rooms, weight room, wrestling room, locker rooms, training room, offices, and building support spaces. The Site Master Plan for this campus will be provided to the selected firm. The project will be funded by APS and PSFA.
