Description

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Reference Number 0000313807 RFPQ (Phase 1 of 2) to pre-qualify General Contractors; only prequalified firms will be invited to the ITT (Phase 2). Expand the parking lot in 2 areas, northeast and northwest corners of the property to provide approximately 92 additional parking spaces. Scope of work includes but is not limited to site grading, earthworks and stump removal, landscaping, paving, line painting, additional lighting and electrical utilities, stormwater management, and any necessary traffic control. (RCMP “H” Division) This RFPQ is to prequalify Bidders with the necessary experience. The pre-qualification of Bidders is based on defined Mandatory Requirements and Rated Criteria in this document. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, these requirements include technical capability, competence and experience of the Bidder.
