Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Blackfoot, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a medical facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: demolition of the existing utility tunnel, replacement of asphalt, and base along the East-West Aisle and the North-South Aisle leading to the Patient Treatment Facility and Pendlebury Ln, and installation of ribbon curb and curb and gutter adjacent to the roadway. Two add alternates are part of the project; one add alternate includes construction of a concrete median island; the other includes additional landscaping removal, asphalt and base, and valley gutter. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Question Deadline 02/27/2026 Questions concerning a bid must be directed in writing to the designated Design Professional (architect or engineer) no less than ten (10) calendar days before bids are due unless provided otherwise via an addendum.
