Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Wabbaseka, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The scope of work consists of engineering services for the planning and design of water system improvements in accordance with Arkansas Natural Resources Commission requirements for the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF). This includes preparation of a Pre-Application and Preliminary Engineering Report for the Water Wastewater Advisory Committee and Water Plan Compliance, preparation of a Facility Plan and Environmental Information Document, preparation of an SRF loan application to meet Capacity Development Requirements, designing and preparing plans and specifications for the water system improvements, and preparation and implementation of a Project Performance Workplan and Operation & Maintenance Manual. Interested engineering firms are to secure a Qualifications Package and submit four copies of a statement of qualifications that include: identification of the legal name, office locations, and principal owners or partners of the firm; a statement of the proposer’s understanding of the project; a list identifying location, owner, cost, brief description, and disposition of comparable work; and a resume of the qualifications and experience of each staff member and any technical consultants for the project. Participating firms may be asked to interview before final selection. The selection process will conform to the provisions of Arkansas Code Annotated 19-11-801—806 and federal regulations 40CFR part 31.36 and OMB Circular A-102.
