Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Grayslake, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Village of Grayslake is soliciting sealed bids from construction contractors for the stamped concrete replacement project. Bidders are responsible for meeting all requirements listed in the bid documents. The Village reserves the right to accept the bid from the lowest responsible bidder most favorable to the Village, as determined by the Village. The Village also reserves the right to reject any bid or part of a bid not conforming to the bidding requirements, or to modify or waive all formalities and technicalities in a bid, or to reject all bids. Compliance conditions are included in the bid documents. 1. PCC PAVEMENT REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT 5" This work shall consist of the removal, disposal, and replacement of existing (PCC) stamped sidewalk in accordance with Sections 440 and 442 of the Standard Specifications and as directed by the Village Representative. Sidewalk repairs will vary in size. The Contractor shall machine-saw cut a clean joint 5'' (inches) in depth at the locations marked by the Village Representative. Machine-saw cuts will not be measured for payment and shall be considered incidental to the contract. The Contractor shall carefully remove and properly dispose of the (PCC) stamped sidewalk. The thickness of the new (PCC) stamped sidewalk shall be 5'' (inches). If the Contractor removes or damages the existing sidewalk outside the limits designated by the Village Representative for removal and replacement, the Contractor will be required to remove and replace that portion at his own expense to the satisfaction of the Village Representative. This work shall be paid for at the contract unit price per square foot for PCC PAVEMENT REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT 5''. 2.
