IDEA Public Schools will accept Competitive Sealed Proposals for the IDEA Henry Phase 2 project from qualified oerors. Projects will be a new building addition of approx. 31,950 GSF on 2 floors. Scope of work includes steel frame, metal stud walls, brick veneer with EIFS, new membrane roofing system, student restrooms, clinic, interior finishes and new MEP system. Tie-ins to existing storm and sanitary drains, new Science classrooms with acid sanitary system. Electrical and Technology lines are at connection of 2 buildings. Minor sitework grading around building addition with practice soccer field scope of work inclusive of irrigation system tied into City water line. IDEA Public Schools reserves the right to reject any and/or all submittals, to award contracts as may appear advantageous to IDEA Public Schools and to waive all formalities in the procurement process. Addition to the Phase I building for the High School wing, 2 story structure with building envelope of EIFS and Brick wainscot, high school science labs, school clinic, Art Classroom, and standard 9-12 grade classrooms.
