As of March 13, 2026, bids received were over the budget. No definite date for the rebid. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Carrie McIntosh, 4441 Harrison Street, Batesville, Arkansas; 870-793-5233 or carrie@wrpdd.org and, to be given consideration, must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Grubbs, Arkansas Storm BoxInstallation, SitePreparations,ADA Sidewalks,ADAParking, Concrete Slab Main Street, Grubbs,Arkansas (See locationmap). Please see allrequired specifications in this packet before bidding and ensure all specifications can be achieved. The scope of work consists of the following: Site Preparation, Concrete Sidewalks, ADA Parking, Storm Box purchase and Installation on Concrete Pad.
