A new well was drilled in 2025 and the parameters have changed. 1.1 GENERAL 1 The work must be carried out according to the indications shown on the plans and according to the technical requirements of this quote. In case of contradiction between the sections of this present quote and the applicable standards, the strictest one applies. 2 The work will be done according to the rules of art and within the specified deadlines in order not to delay the execution of all the work. .3 It may happen that certain pipe fittings or equipment are not illustrated than on the process diagram. These equipment are an integral part of this division and are provided and installed in the same way as the others. 1.2 SCOPE OF WORK .1 The Contractor must provide all materials, equipment, labor, tooling, the machinery and all ancillary works required for the complete and functional installation of the piping and its accessories, as well as the equipment and instruments described and shown on the plans. The work also includes the commissioning of the equipment, all the tests to be carried out, as well as the training of personnel. .2 In the absence of a specific statement indicating that the work will be carried out or that the device will be provided and installed by a third party, all the equipment and materials mentioned in this division and related plans must be provided and installed by the contractor of the this section and all the work mentioned must be carried out by him. .3 The Contractor will be responsible for coordinating the supplies and installation of the assembly of the equipment of division 44 00 00 with the other specialties in order to avoid the duplication of the supply and installation of equipment. .4 The work includes, but is not limited to: .1 The installation of process mechanics for a drinking water treatment system, including: .1 Provision of a drinking water treatment system (section 44 10 11); .2 Supply of equipment to complete the drinking water treatment chain (section 44 50 05); .3 Supply and installation of taps, valves, equipment measure and their accessories (sections 44 40 00 and 44 42 00); .4 Supply and implementation of piping and agreements, including their supports and their accessories (section 44 45 00); .5 Any other related and complementary work not identified in estimate, but which are necessary for a complete realization of the project. .2 Preparation of shop drawings and assembly plans; .3 Testing and cleaning; .4 Commissioning and training of operators; .5 The provision of guarantees and operation manuals and "Final Drawings"; .5 The following work is outside of the mandate: .1 The supply and installation of underground electrical conduits, including connections (division 26 - Electricity); .2 The supply and installation of control panels, ducts and wiring of underground control, including connections (division 17 - Instrumentation and Delivery schedule 10.08.07 Lead time a) No traffic can be made with machinery outside the fences of the construction site except for public roads and before the buses had left the school zone. b) Demolition work must be carried out outside of school hours, that is after 3:30 PM. The reconstruction work can be done during normal hours of the day on the condition of not disturbing the students. All exterior work must be surrounded with construction fences. c) The school will be unoccupied between July 3 and August 10, 2026. During this period, the works may take place during normal working hours. However, to count from August 21, the school will be occupied and used by staff and school clientele during the work period. Consequently, all the work, during this period, will take place on weekdays from 3:30 PM to 7 AM and weekends depending on the normal hours. d) Take note that if more than one provisional reception visit and one reception visit final are necessary, the owner and/or the professionals reserve the right to charge the costs related to travel and additional visits. e) All work must be completed no later than 28 August, including deficiencies.
