Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bathurst, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of work on portions of Miramichi Avenue and Bridge Street. The scope includes the removal and replacement of the entire street infrastructure, encompassing asphalt, curbs, granular materials, watermains complete with water services, sanitary sewers with sewer services, and storm sewers. It also includes the restoration of damaged lawns and driveways. Each bid must include a Bid Bond amounting to 10% of the total tender. The latest revisions and amendments to the "Tendering Regulations" of the Procurement Act (2022-78) apply. Electronic versions of the bid documents can be obtained through the Purchasing Department by email request upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of $50.00.
