Renovation of an educational facility in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Briefly, the scope of the wark includes Replace two heating water boilers one chiller, four hydronic loop pumps and two domnetac water heaters, along with related appurtenances. Demolish grooved soint heating water piping fittings and replace with pressed fittings. Replace fans in two large air handing units with fan wall systems. Replace 57 VAV terminal unite. Modify existing ductwork, piping and electrical as indicated fbe the new equipment. Modify the existing control system to accom modate those changes. Upgrade existing exterior ductwork. Everett School District. No. 2 reserves the right, as described in the Instructions to Bidders, to postpone the Bid opening, to waive informalities of irregularities in the bid proces, and to reject any or all Bids. Pre bid meeting notes: The doare to the meeting will be closed ten (10) minutes after the mosting is scheduled to commence, and no contructor arriving after that time will be allowed to sign the atten dance sheet Question Deadline 02/20/2026: Bidders and Sub-Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request, which must reach the Owner at least ten (10) days prior to the Bid Date.
