Site work for a water / sewer project in Mount Ephraim, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Under this contract and for the indicated bid price, the successful bidder for the "Improvements to Bell Road (C.R. 658) Drainage System, from Grant Avenue, Station 10+00+ to Station 21+00+ in the Borough of Mount Ephraim, Camden County, New Jersey (Partially Funded by the N.J.D.O.T. Local Transportation Project Fund, FY2023)" shall furnish all necessary permits, labor, materials, equipment, fuel, bonds, insurance and all else necessary therefore and incidental thereto to complete all work as herein described, to the satisfaction of the Engineer. The contractor shall obtain all necessary State, County and Municipal construction permits. Cost for said permits shall be included in the lump sum price bid for various items in the Proposal. DISCLAIMER: If a Contractor wants to bid on this project they MUST purchase/obtain the bid documents directly from Key Engineers by calling 856-767-6111, ext 10 or 13 Sealed bids are requested for the "Improvements to Bell Road (C.R. 658) Drainage System from Grant Avenue, Station 10+00+ to Station 21+00+ in the Borough of Mount Ephraim, Camden County, New Jersey (Partially Funded by the N.J.D.O.T. Local Transportation Project Fund, FY2023)." Bids must comply with all applicable Federal, County, State, and Municipal laws, rules, and regulations. Bids must be submitted on the standard proposal form, enclosed in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name and address and the name of the proposed work on the outside. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, not to exceed $20,000 nor be less than $500, along with a Consent of Surety. The proposal must include all forms from the Proposal Section of the Specifications or be submitted as listed in the Checklist. Bidders are required to have State of New Jersey, Department of Labor Certificate of Registration and a State of New Jersey Business Registration Certificate. The Borough reserves the right to reject bids for reasons including but not limited to: missing bid bond or certified check, improperly executed Proposal forms, unbalanced prices, missing acknowledgments of addenda, or missing Consent of Surety, or if it is deemed in the best interest of the Borough. Bidders must comply with all equal opportunity and affirmative action requirements. All inquiries from Prospective Bidders, Subcontractors or any other agencies regarding the project Scope of Work, Construction Plans, Specifications, etc. shall be filed in writing to Gregory B.
