Renovation of an educational facility in Pensacola, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed proposals are invited for the construction of a project at Longleaf Elementary School involving the chiller. Plans and specifications are available in PDF format from Anton Lee Engineering. Mechanical contractors must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference at Longleaf Elementary. Only bids from prequalified mechanical contractors with a permanent office located within 100 miles of the project site, from which installation and warranty work will be performed, will be accepted. The contractor must comply with Florida statutes regarding background screening of employees who may have direct contact with students or who come onto school property while students are present. The owner reserves the right to waive formalities in the bidding and to reject any or all bids.
