Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Kissimmee, Florida. Working plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The scope of work for this project includes: sitework/ underground utilities, landscape/ sod/ irrigation, metal fencing and gates, final cleaning, tilt-up concrete (flat-work & vertical), masonry (block & brick), structural steel/ handrails, sidewalks, cabinetry and millwork, insulation, roofing & flashing, windows/ glazing, hollow metal/ wood doors & hardware, metal stud framing & drywall, ceramic tile, flooring/ base, acoustical ceilings, painting, markerboards/ tackboards, signage, misc. specialties, aluminum walkway canopies, toilet accessories, fire extinguisher and fire extinguisher cabinets, window treatments, elevator, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical/ low voltage.
