Sealed bids will be received from qualified contractors to complete Electrical Network Upgrades at Westfield Tower. Respondents are expected to examine the drawings, specifications, and all instructions. Bids must be signed by proper authorities and include the full business address, legal trading name, and authorized signature. The scope includes all costs of material and/or supplies delivered prepaid FOB destination to designated locations, with contractors responsible for inside or spotted delivery, uncrating, setup, assembly, and debris removal. Contractors must comply with Davis Bacon or HUD-Determined Wage Rates, submit certified payrolls, and meet all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances. Insurance and bonding requirements include bid guarantee, certificate of surety, and performance bonds as applicable. Questions regarding the request must be submitted in writing by the deadline. All required documents, including various affidavits, certifications, licenses, proofs of registration, and forms, must be submitted with the bid. The HACC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award contracts as deemed most advantageous. The contractor must commence work no later than 10 days after a purchase order is issued, complete all bonding, insurance, and certifications within 10 days of request, and deliver materials within the specified time. Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder, and all resulting contracts are subject to the availability and appropriation of sufficient funds.
