The Detroit Public Schools Community District is seeking proposals for subcontractors under RFP 26-0229 New Pershing High School Bid Release 2B. Question Deadline 02/26/2026 at 2:00 PM ET All questions must be directed via online portal TheProject consists of the ___ construction___ of ___ a one story 100,800 SF new High School Building and adjacent site/parking.___. All materials, labor, equipment, samples, shop drawings, engineering, layout, supplies, plant, tools, contributions, insurance, taxes, compliance with a l agencies (City, County, State, and Federal as may be required) all other services and facilities, and other things necessary for the performance of the work as shown, detailed, and/or implied by the Contract Documents and as defined herein. All Landscaping work including topsoil, planting, Mulch, ornamental grasses, all site furnishings, shrubs, groundcover, boulders, etc. Provide all site furnishing, Benches, litter receptacles, removable bollards, tree grates, Bike Racks, etc. Protection of all plants and trees at all times when they are on site. Tree guards. Furnish any and all embedded hardware (and approved shop drawings) for tree grates, benches, bike racks, removable bollards, etc. to the Site Concrete Contractor for installation if embedded in concrete. Provide allowance for an additional 480cy of imported topsoil and 40 CY of additional mulch to be used at Construction Manager's discretion. Breakout Pricing #2 - DPSCD is working with Greening of Detroit to provide deciduous trees for the project. Provide deductive unit pricing for all trees as indicated in bid form.
