Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Oshawa, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a stadium.

Expansion to the existing twin pad Campus Ice Centre. The expansion aims to accommodate varsity standard basketball and volleyball competition courts, varsity supports such as change rooms, a high-performance weight room, an athletic therapy area, and a study/media room. The space should also support student recreation and community revenue generating activities when not used for competition courts. The project site is between the existing Campus Ice Centre (twin pad) and Founders Drive at the North Oshawa Campus in Oshawa. Question Deadline 02/17/2026 at 3:00 PM ET TIMELINE: A Request for Proposal for design services has been issued by the Owner. Further update may be confirmed upon award.
