OUHSC Cyclotron Install - Improvements will be located on at the Pharmacy Services Building at 1110 N. Stonewall Ave., Oklahoma City, OK at The University of Oklahoma Health campus, as indicated on the Plan. The work contemplated includes the furnishing of all the necessary labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies and miscellaneous items required for the OU Health Pharmacy Services Building-Cyclotron Addition project in accordance with the Contract, Drawings and Specifications including Addenda, as prepared by FSB Architects + Engineers, dated February 3, 2025. 1.1. Remove all dust, dirt, films, adhesives, and marks from interior surfaces, including, but not limited to, flooring, walls, ceilings, stair wells, doors, door frames, hardware, fixtures, coiling doors, sectional doors, wall-hung boxes and devices, storage racks, tops of mechanical and electrical equipment where exposed, and lockers. 1.2. All trades will be required to utilize ACC, the contractor's mobile project management application. Trades will be required to update and communicate through this application. There is no cost for this software, however trades must provide their own hardware to meet the program requirements. Each trade will be responsible for assisting a representative to manage this for their respective scope during the course of the project. 1.3. All trades shall provide cord management systems as necessary for keeping extension cords off the ground. 1.4. All operational systems, including, but not limited to, life safety, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low voltage impacted or modified by this project, to remain operational for unaffected areas. 1.5. Clean floor finishes and exposed concrete floors per the manufacturers' recommended methods and procedures. 1.6. Clean interior glazing systems including, but not limited to, glass, decorative glass, door glass, framing system, sills, and storefront. 1.7. Clean interior and exterior of lab casework. 1.8. Remove labels that are not permanent or required by code. 1.9. Coordinate and comply with manufacturers' cleaning instructions for all surfaces. 1.10. Dispose of trash and construction debris as necessary per the waste management plan. 1.11. Multiple mobilizations will be required. 1.12. Include an initial construction clean, intermediate clean and final clean as required to align with project phasing and as directed by JE Dunn. 1.13. Include all equipment, tools, and supplies necessary to complete the work. 1.14. Clean mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment. 1.15. Provide 160 manhours to be directed and approved by JE Dunn. The following work is excluded: 1. Clean Owner-furnished equipment and furniture. 2. Polish, wax, and seal terrazzo flooring, resilient flooring, and exposed concrete flooring. 3. Clean under access floor or grating systems. The scope includes the renovation of approximately 2,500 square feet within the existing 16,642-square-foot facility and the construction of a 2,600-square-foot addition, increasing the total building area to 19,227 square feet. The College of Pharmacy building, located at 1110 N Stonewall Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK, is strategically positioned within the OU Health Sciences Center campus and the Oklahoma City Innovation District--a hub for research, healthcare, and academic collaboration. The new addition will be located on the southwest corner of the existing structure, maintaining critical functional adjacencies and enabling efficient workflow between current operations and specialized spaces. The facility will be a Business Occupancy structure, designed in compliance with the 2018 International Building Code with Oklahoma City Amendments, and constructed as Type IIB, fully sprinklered throughout.
