Site work for a water / sewer project in Troy, New York. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This requirement covers maintenance dredging of the Hudson River Federal Navigation Project, including the removal of approximately 10,000 cubic yards of critical shoaling from the Troy Lock and Dock dredging area. Work consists of dredging to a required depth of -14 feet Corps of Engineers River Datum, measured from a normal pool elevation of 13.59 feet above NAVD88, with an allowable overdepth of one foot. The dredged material, expected to consist primarily of sand and silt, shall be transported to and placed at a contractor-provided upland placement site approved by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. The contractor shall provide a suitable upland disposal location and complete all dredging and material handling in accordance with applicable environmental and project requirements. LOCATION: The project area is in Troy, New York. The magnitude is estimated to cost between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
