Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in El Paso, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.
The County of El Paso is requesting proposals for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the El Paso County Animal Shelter. All proposals must be received by the indicated close date and time. Proposals may be submitted online through the e-Bid platform Ion Wave or delivered to the County of El Paso Purchasing Department. RFP notice, specifications, related documents, and additional information are provided on Ion Wave. Questions must be submitted through the online platform Ion Wave or sent to the specified email by the question cutoff date and time, with the RFP number and title on the subject line. All questions and their responses will be posted on Ion Wave and available for download by respondents after the deadline for questions. Any change in the RFP will also be posted on the Ion Wave e-Bid website as an addendum. It is the respondent’s responsibility to check the e-bid system before the opening date for any posted addendums. All questions should be submitted in writing and sent via the Question tab of the e-bidding system or emailed to: bidquestions@epcounty.com. Question Cut Off Date: 3/19/2026 12:00:00 PM (MT)
