Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 553-square-foot medical facility; and 329-square-foot office development.
The work consists of the following: Emergency Department Minor Treatment Area: Level 1 - approximately 553m2 renovation of existing clinical and office space to provide new emergency patient rooms, care team station, and clinical support spaces, with phased renovations in an adjacently occupied space. Upper Floors: Tower - approximately 329m2 renovation which includes new office areas, and refresh of patient rooms and washrooms. Work is inclusive of architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical work as indicated in the contract documents. Multiple phased construction areas specific to this work and following infection and prevention control protocols during construction.
