Reference Number 0000412427 Purchase Type Term: 08/01/2026 02:00 AM EDT - 07/31/2029 02:00 AM EDT Option: 5 one-year increments Metropolitan State University of Denver ("MSU Denver" or "University") is seeking competitive and innovative responses to this Request for Proposals ("RFP") from qualified firms ("Property Managers" or "Offerors") to provide a range of property management services at the Summit House at MSU Denver. To ensure sufficient information is available to offerors preparing responses, a mandatory pre-proposal meeting has been scheduled (see date and time listed in the Schedule of Activities). The intent of this meeting is to have MSU Denver staff available to discuss the project. The pre-proposal meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. Notice of Award (estimated) April 17, 2026 Question Deadline 02/24/2026 at 4:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, Offerors may make written inquiries concerning this RFP to obtain clarification of requirements.
