This project involves creating (2) new offices within existing work areas. Alterations include new walls, ceilings, doors, sidelite, windows, and limited finishes. Scope includes fire protection, mechanical and electrical. Ceiling grid and tile removal will be required outside of work limits, but this does not impact life safety.
