Renovation of an office development in Johnson City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 39,725-square-foot, two-story above grade office development.

This project involves creating (2) new offices within existing work areas. Alterations include new walls, ceilings, doors, sidelite, windows, and limited finishes. Scope includes fire protection, mechanical and electrical. Ceiling grid and tile removal will be required outside of work limits, but this does not impact life safety. Installation of (1) new water source heat pump (WSHP) and associated ductwork. See attached drawings and specifications provided by Thomas Weems Architect. Any information provided or failure to make these examinations does not relieve the bidder from fulfilling all contract terms if awarded. No payment will be made for items not included in the quotation, unless specified by contract amendment. All bidders must include necessary allowances in their quoted prices for the satisfactory completion of the project. Bids must be clearly identified with the company name, BrightRidge quotation number, and the project name. The digital proposal, including all required documentation, must be submitted via email as a single PDF (not exceeding 50MB) to the specified email address. A separate notification email should be sent to the purchasing email address indicating submission. No faxed or physically delivered bids will be accepted unless alternative arrangements are pre-approved for small or minority-owned businesses. Required documents include: Request for Quotation Form, Quotation Information Form, Specification Exception Form, No Bid Questionnaire (if applicable), Business and Taxpayer Identification or W9 (for new vendors), and an original bid bond of $5,000.00 submitted before the deadline.
