Reference Number 0000412501 Bid Intent Not Available The City of Tucker is now accepting proposals for qualified professional service providers to design Phase III of the City's Hugh Howell Trail, from Stratmor Drive to Silver Hill Road.This project is a continuation of the previously constructed Hugh Howell Trail Phase I and Phase II. All responses must be received electronically by the Bid Deadline. (Addenda will show any schedule updates). No bids will be received orally, by phone, or by sealed paper documents. Only electronic bids in accordance with submittal requirement instructions will be accepted. Late bids will not be considered. Bids received after the bid deadline will be filed unopened. The City of Tucker reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part, to waive any formalities to make an award and to re-advertise in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to consider past performance in determining the responsibleness of bidders.
